Currently, I reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex of the great state of Texas. However, my roots grow deep in the wonderful hills of Arkansas. I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Arkansas and am working on my Master’s of Business Administration. I am a supply chain professional with one of the largest third party logistics companies in the world helping my customers optimize their supply chains to get their goods to the world. I am married to my wonderful wife, Brianne.
I have served in East Asia three times ranging from three weeks to two months. Those experiences have shaped much of who I am today. I will never forget on my first trip to East Asia when I asked a group of college students if they had ever heard of Jesus. The looks on their faces and the overwhelming question of “Who?” still makes me weep even today. Those students had never even heard of Jesus nor did they have any concept of what He has done for them. That moment drives me. I have experienced that many more times during my trips, and it never gets easier.
God has given us as Christians to His mission of reconciling the world. We can either accept that and work at it, or we can be disobedient and ignore it. God desires the whole world to be saved, and there are still nearly three-billion individuals who have little to no access to the Gospel. Will you be a part in reaching for the unreached?
Striving for holiness,
Ethan S. Reed
